Copyright Richard Hopkins 2005,

A shot of the night sky, as it came out of the camera. It was blummin cold, but the number of stars was impressive. More than I have ever seen even in Tucson. At 9,000ft with a new moon, in the middle of no-where, I expected nothing less.

Orion can clearly be seen in the centre of this shot.
